REVELATION:  "United We Stand," in our love for Country, family, and the US Constitution, whether Religious Right or Progressive Left!

Once upon a time, there was a group of mostly good men who, imbibed with an exceptional idea, attempted to achieve “the Greater Good” for most of the people.  Something like, “One Nation, under God, with Liberty and Justice for” almost all.  So they declared this exceptional idea, an ideal act of independence.  Thus was born the Land of the Free White Men, out of the long white winters of Valley Forge and blood red guerilla warfare waged by green farmers, blue grocery clerks, black slaves and some of those red looking guys who were here first.  Even then, “being on the RIGHT side of justice” wasn’t always, “justice for all."  It was The Land that Never Was America, quite yet.

American Prisons are privatized, which means like Z-Blackwater, they’re a private, largely ignored and unregulated gang of people who prosper by inflicting suffering on weaker, if not defenseless people who are in some way caged up.  Yes, evolution of “The Land of The Free” has created a secret army and private penal system, both of which operate largely outside of our American Constitutional laws, with little consistent regulation or even observation.  WHY?  Both are cash cows for those who own & operate them: American Corporations.  The more people Z-Blackwater kills in the name of spreading Democracy, and the more people imprisoned for longer periods of time, the more:  "If the people were to ever find out what we have done, we would be chased down the streets and lynched." --George H. W. Bush aka "Poppy Bush" June 1992 Sarah McClendon White House News Interview.  Or as son GW put it, “just send your cash.”  Thus The Land that Never Was America, quite yet, was imprisoned in stone.

After Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, Gettysburg Address and Civil War established that people who look like our current First Family, were actually people and not property to be sold as free labor or for Jeffersonian-like enjoyment, it naturally followed that they were also citizens of the United States of America, with all the rights afforded to those Americans who look like Mitch McConnell, Karl Rove and sadly, Eric Cantor.  This of course, included the Right to VOTE for a representative “Government of the people, by the people and for the People.”  Once black people were people, well, you can just imagine the trauma suffered by those who had just fought a war to “preserve, protect and defend” their personal prosperity, at the expense of families of black slaves in the Land that Never was America, quite yet.

Just as FDR’s renewal of the Federal Government’s responsibility to “We the People,” produced decades of GOP (especially Reagan) attempts to reverse this democratic trend in our Republic, so too, did the result of the “War of Aggression,” spawn attempts to limit the citizenship of this whole new crop of different looking Americans, who were suddenly proclaimed equal to real Americans.  Suddenly forced to share the Right to VOTE with non-property owners, like Jews, Asians and Women, some enterprising folk revealed the aces hidden up their sleeves, and hoods -- a new exceptional idea:  limiting educational budgets, limits education, which in turn limits intellectual growth and opportunities for success.  Sounds like a plan for the 50’s, or “Bloody Sunday.”  A plan, that without a King, could provide testing hurdles which limit the power to elect, to only a few select.  Not America yet.

In the Land that Never was America, quite yet, 5.3 million American citizens, in all but two American states, are being denied their American Right to VOTE, because they are ex-offenders – people who have done the time for their crime; paid their debt to society for past mistakes -- some for offenses as minor as shoplifting in their youth. If American justice does not have a beginning, middle and end, it remains open-ended to the infection of corruption.  If after investigation, indictment, trial by a jury of their peers, conviction and imprisonment, former inmates are released, as incomplete American citizens, they're forced to dwell in The Land that Never was America, quite yet.

Ex-offenders residing in Kentucky or Virginia, though American citizens, have no American Right to VOTE, unless their state Governor (for whom they cannot VOTE), like a royal monarch of old, bestows upon them, this jewel in the crown of American democracy.  Without confirmation of our new President's appointments, appointees of GW continue to regin supreme, in The Land that Never Was America, quite yet.

In Virginia (where 3 misdemeanors = 1 Felony), with one protective eye on its pre-Civil War State Constitution of 1830, and the other shying away from what “Pretty Boy” Bob is shoveling, snow job Bob, who in less than a week after occupying his new presidential launching pad, annihilated the future of Virginia’s education by slashing school budgets for young Virginians and draining Cultural Arts from their educational experience.  Poof, “Gone with the Wind.”  Same old M. O. for the not so grand old party:  “the rich get rich, and the poor get” less educated, for “an educated consumer is” the enemy of political opportunism.  This slick, TV “Camera Ready” walking “lock & load” hairspray commercial, is the only person in America given the power to decide who in Virginia enjoys the greatest Right of American Citizenship:  the Right to VOTE.  Jim Crow would be so proud to still be alive in all but two states in The Land that Never was America, quite yet.

No matter red or blue state, no matter your skin pigmentation, no matter what political persuasion, no matter:  If this is your definition of America, then we are living in The Land That Never Was, and the RIGHT Side of Justice has “Left Behind,” millions of our fellow countrymen & women, and it's all been a lie!  Most certainly some of these almost Americans live and work among you every day.  Maybe you are one of the unheard, pleading and hoping to be a complete citizen someday.  Contact Congress to Restore America's Right to VOTE for all  Americans, or join VIRGINIA, Kentucky and 48 other states in proclaiming, we are The Land that Never Was America; No, not quite yet.
