SUPER AMERICA

I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve watched a Super Bowl, but those halftimes, wow, and I don’t mean wardrobe malfunctions or f-ing super models – but dirty politics Rove taking on Dirty Harry, now that’s an all American moment.

Clint Eastwood is a successful Conservative Republican American, who is as real as his movies, and he knows something Karl Rove can’t comprehend: the truth of “United We Stand, Divided We Fall.” John Wayne and Charlton Heston proved long before Super Clint Chrysler combo, that Hollywood is no more all Liberal than is the media or any other segment of the American population.

Not all America’s challenges are super, but secretive super political PACs like David Koch’s Americans for Prosperity, and Karl Rove’s American Crossroads that use patriotism to manipulate real American patriots, in much the same way C Street House uses an anti-Christ version of Christianity to incite sincerely religious people to commit sins against humanity, is as super un-American as profaning the honored dead at Arlington Cemetery.

Despite Rove’s being more offended by Eastwood than GW Bush’s “so what,” regarding al Qaeda, Cheney’s “so,” to Americans negative on Iraq or Boehner’s “so be it” if federal jobs lost — all consistent with a “Right” dismissive of any POV inconsistent with its own, reveals the great cleavage between GOP and majority of Americans.

Not all Americans reflect small minded trio of Limbaugh, Ingraham and Coulter. Not all Conservatives are as inflexible as Koch heads. Not all Tea Party members of the 99% are easily duped by massively financed mind bending political campaigns manipulating good people into voting for bad things.

Not all of the Grand Old Party leadership are Jim Crow descendents requiring citizens to produce photo ID to exercise their right to vote; some just can’t tolerate a woman’s right to choose, so threaten Planned Parenthood funding or legislate to end Medicaid funding for abortions.

Not all Republicans are as corporatized as McConnell, Boehner and Cantor. Not all political candidates are as Trumped and blinded by the love of money, that they can’t see your problem with letting the mortgaged American Dream run its course and “bottom out.” Not all ‘Massachusetts Moderates’ fail to see a Santorum storm coming or a Jeb in the wings.

Not all Conservatives are as angry as Sharon Angle, as scary as witchcraft Christine, as speaker fees user-friendly as Palin and Gingrich or as frighteningly limited as Rand Paul – and not all Americans are afraid of change, equality & justice for all or fear those who neither look nor think like them, any more than all Republicans are like Pete Hoekstra choosing the low road of inflammatory fear mongering on which to drive financially troubled voters.

Not all are like theHarry and Louiseactors who took money from insurance companies to defeat healthcare reform for millions of Americans.

Not all “Right Wing” thinkers are bad, any more than all Lefties are good, but by definition, Independent, Moderate , Progressive, Liberal mean, like our Forefathers, being risk takers with foresight beyond current circumstances and uniting for the good of “Out of Many, One.”

Not everyone gets that this is how and why our nation was born, so it’s up to those who do, to educate with votes and boycotts.

Clint Eastwood’s Chrysler ad was a celebration of American ingenuity, not what a handout, but a hand-up can produce when we work together for our collective comeback. That’s neither Republican nor Democratic. It’s American!

In the Company of Bullies

By Marcello Rollando

When hazing leads to death; when three Credit Suisse executives cook books as part of a ‘colossal fraud’ tied to subprime mortgage crisis;

when a presidential candidate admits he doesn’t “care about poor people,” welcomes the endorsement of one with whom he shares much in common:  money love, firing people enjoyment, and inability to comprehend financial plight of 99% of Americans, it’s time to 21st century reality check our definition of Bullies.

On the weekend preceding Tea Party members of America’s 99% occupying voting booths in Florida, holding their noses for Bain Romney over PAC mooned Gingrich, the media was too busy to report a bloody Sunday:  hundreds of Americans were being brutally denied their Constitutional Rights of Freedom of Speech and Peaceful Assembly, while corporate owned networks united in ‘silence is golden.’

“When …’media’ individuals…violate the people’s trust, those media individuals cease to be journalists, and instead, by their own doing, become bullies.”*

While Romney won the retirement state, despite rumors of involvement in Medicare Fraud, on the opposite coast Oakland police provided American Constitution with ‘The Lost Weekend,’ and San Francisco Gate seemed to ignore the very basic standards of ethics as clearly stated in the SPJ Codes:  ”The fact that the San Francisco Chronicle published on the world wide web, the names and home addresses of citizens “arrested” for protesting the greed of certain Wall Street and financial banking institutions and certain government officials taking kickbacks from these certain financial institutions who knowingly committed fraud against U.S. citizens, is egregious and violates the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Ethics Code.”*

Seems ‘The only thing we have to fear is’ corporate king chess players convincing enough of the 99% to sacrifice themselves as house divided pawns fighting among themselves.  If Oakland California Mayor Jean Quan were arrested by her corporate chess pawns and forced to urinate in front of them, surely she would concede a mayor’s office does not a chess queen make.

Corporate bullies know even in the age of Smart-Phones, and iPods, many Americans still believe if it’s on TV, it’s true.  So where on TV was Oakland’s uniformed finest doing their worst 1/28-29/12?  MIA, because media owning corporations are bullies themselves?  In response to Oakland police action, peaceful marches have been initiated coast to coast, so why is that reporting largely missing from media newscasts?   Do bullies, practice ‘United We Stand,’ with Darrell Issa (R-CA), who protests Occupy DC’s Constitutional rights?

It’s not like ‘big brother’ censoring from our favorite TV shows, the kind of explicit sex practiced on Capitol Hill by elected ‘family values’ politicians.  It’s more like their puppeteers, “Big Brother Inc:” undoing America via corporate takeover.

If media isn’t telling you that without income of the top 1%, you are a member of the 99% of Americans who are saying no to all bullies in cyberspace, corporate board rooms, and uniforms, then you need ‘change we can believe.’

‘Occupy’ is Americans with neither central leadership nor single political agenda, practicing the Bill of Rights our Constitution preaches, in peaceful protest.  So if you taser, gas, beat, publish their names and addresses or shoot them in their peaceful assembly, you are bullying America’s Constitution, just like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi-Group, GMAC and JPMorgan Chase, all of whom, now being investigated for financial bullying (Fraud), by Justice Department and five states Attorneys General.

Since judged by the company we keep, are we keeping company with those who forced the Susan G. Kormen Foundation to reverse its decision to cut off grants to Planned Parenthood?  “Bullying, by definition at its core is to abuse someone else”…’verbally, physically, or like SF Gate, abusing privacy in written form.’ stated by Producer, Director and Writer Cassidy McMillan of  the award winning documentary, Rats and Bullies”   from McMillan Media Filmworks.

BULLY BANKS!

By Marcello Rollando Founder of The Reasonable Voice

Still foggy on exactly what happened to America in 2008? It wasn’t just that the Cheney Bush League abandoned ‘The Homeland,’ preferring foreign oil wars. Still spared government regulatory eyes, corporate board rooms ran amuck with banking institutions warping fiscal reason, and probably law, to bundle, pool and sell bad mortgages until, like any Ponzi/Pyramid scheme, ‘The Wall Street came a tumbling down.’

Since then most Americans have been left behind in a new disaster world order created by Bankstas and some top 1% incomers, and paying for the privilege, but now that phase one of ‘bailout so we don’t crap-out’ is ending, what’s next? Romney?

Perhaps like me you’ve been wishing for an Obama appointed special prosecutor to investigate the possible unlawful behavior of the not so secret Ménage à trios between Citizens United,’ our Supreme Court and America’s Wall Street Financial Institutions, which corroded America’s Dream in three ways: elections Billionaire corrupted, underwater Housing/Mortgage Market and high unemployment dominated economy.

Well be careful what you wish for, for no sooner had the President’s State of the Union granted my wish, than those most in need of investigation fast tracked their negotiations with the Obama administration. Perhaps the Rush is delayed response to defending their lawful façade against squatters’ rights Ohio Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. Being snagged in a legal fishing net cast by Attorneys General of New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, Illinois and even Nevada, plus skyrocketing election buying costs, and even behemoth houses of ill-repute like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi-Group, GMAC and JPMorgan Chase, reshuffle.

Nonetheless before adding an Obama administration investigation to the Stop PIPA & SOPA FB victory laps, hold your FBI horses, because with this ‘Johnny come lately’ call for Eric Holder Justice Department justice, Banksta foxes in the hen houses of greed are scrambling for “Let’s Make a Deal” if “The Price is Right.”

Huffington Post announced, “The Obama administration, state attorneys general, and, perhaps, the nation’s largest banks are close to a final settlement on the years-long struggle over allegations of massive foreclosure fraud, according to several sources familiar with the talks.

And the final details of the arrangement, according to the source who revealed them, will apparently not preclude prosecutors and regulators from taking legal action against many of the common abuses during the house bubble. It remains to be seen whether all parties will ultimately sign off on the language. The settlement is worth $25 billion, a sum which will be distributed to homeowners who were wrongfully foreclosed on as well as those who remain underwater. In addition, banks could still face future legal action over 12 specific violations.”

Sometimes success can be as haunting as a Romney defense, banks aren’t bad people, they’re just overworked.  ’Remember The Bain’ and that the $550. Million dollar fine Goldman Sachs paid to an ‘eyes wide shut’ SEC, was less than 1% of its annual net.

The devilish Bankstas are in the details. Still “We the 99%” are getting in their faces and maybe now they’ll fear potential withdrawal pains of millions of ‘George Baileys’ and ‘Mr. Smith Goes to Washington,” while shelling out millions more on losing candidates.

So ask the Bankstas this:  how ya gonna keep “We the 99%” down, after we’ve seen the light?
